We want you to love what you ordered! Since every item is made just for you, we can only offer returns or replacements if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.

When We Can Help

We’re happy to offer a replacement or refund if:

  • Your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.

  •  You received the wrong item.

What We Can’t Accept

Because our products are custom-made just for you, we can’t accept returns for:

  • Changes of heart or ordering the wrong size (please check our size guide before purchasing!).

  • Minor color differences due to screen variations.

  •  General wear and tear over time.

Need a Replacement?

If something’s not right with your order, don’t worry—we’ll make it right. Just email us at help@ahopefor.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  • A clear photo of the item showing the issue.

  • Your order number.

We’ll review your request and, if approved, send a replacement at no cost or issue a refund.

How Refunds Work

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval

Exchanges

Because each item is made to order, we don’t offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order.
